MONTHLY UPDATE REPORTS
Detailed activity reports of individual listings, including contacts, showings, advertising, and appropriate broker recommendations.
MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS
Detailed activity reports of periodic maintenance, services, repairs and fees incurred during the term of the listing.
REO RENTAL MANAGEMENT
Provide full service property management to rentals including 24/7 call-line and emergency repairs.
